References to "Stories", "we", "us" and "our" mean the Stories property business operating this website. These terms do not replace any separate written agreement you may enter into with us, a seller, landlord, buyer, tenant, conveyancer, lender or another third-party provider.

Property listings may include prices, addresses or location summaries, descriptions, photographs, brochures, floor plans, tenure information, availability status and map coordinates. Some of this information is supplied through third-party property data services, including Street.co.uk CRM and property-feed services, and may be updated, withdrawn or corrected without notice.

We take reasonable care when presenting listing information, but it is provided for general marketing and search purposes only. We do not guarantee that a property is still available, that a price or status is current, or that descriptions, measurements, floor plans, media, tenure details, map pins or brochure content are complete, accurate or suitable for your intended use.

You should verify all important details with Stories before arranging viewings, making offers, incurring costs or entering into any transaction. Nothing on this website is a survey, valuation, legal advice, financial advice, mortgage advice or tax advice.

3. Enquiries, appraisals and viewings

Contact links, telephone links and appraisal enquiry links are invitations to begin a conversation with us. Sending an enquiry, requesting an appraisal by contacting us or discussing a property does not guarantee a response time, appointment, valuation, viewing, offer acceptance, instruction or completed transaction.

Any agency services, sale or letting instructions, fees, marketing terms, anti-money laundering checks, offer handling, viewings, negotiations or transaction steps will be governed by separate arrangements where required.
