With expertise in planning and land advice, Etienne understands the potential of people’s homes. Sometimes chains wobble, timelines slip and decisions stall. But we don’t disappear when things get complicated. Instead, we stay close, steady and actively involved.

Ashley is an RICS chartered surveyor and founded Chapter One Developments with Thomas. Having experienced first hand the poor level of service from the high street agencies - Ashley wanted to make sure you’ll work with the same people throughout who lean in and learn your home properly, managing the process personally at every stage.

Thomas is an RICS chartered quantity surveyor and is able to advise on future home improvements with an eye on costs and value add. Any agency can give you surface-level information. But it’s our nuance and knowledge that really matter, not just square footage and stats.
